My absolute favorite studio. Warm and welcoming to all. Great classes... Great teachers.
Great yoga studio. It's very modern and clean, very zen-like. They provide all the amenities you would expect from a good studio: water, mats, blankets, blocks, and cubbies for your valuables in full sight of the studio. They make premium Lululemon mats available for rental for a few bucks. They have a variety of teachers at all levels. It's one block away from the NoMa metro and right next door to Tynan and Starbucks for post-class refreshment!
Yoga NoMa is a solid studio with great teachers, low prices, free mats, plenty of props and the sweetest greeters. They are just 1 block from the red line and inside an office building, but don't let that confuse you or stop you from trying it.
