Happy valentine's day! Hope you love to feel the burn in your abs AND in your bank account! During a drop-in class someone ENTERED the studio (they have to have a CODE to get in) took a purse from the locker went to the bathroom emptied it of the credit cards and id and left the purse in the trash. In the span of an hour class, $3k in charges racked up, some of which the bank will not cover. If you look at other reviews THEFT seems to be a RECURRING problem with this location but OF COURSE SolidCore is not responsible for your personal belongings! Wow--what an expensive drop in class. Here's a free business tip: do something about security or we wont have money left to PAY you for your insanely expensive workouts! #stolenisnotthenewsexy
My favorite SC in the city, but by far the loudest (so ear plugs are a must). The layout feels cozy and the coaches are really great. The studio does tend to echo a bit, but for the most part is very accessible.
They recently changed class pricing, paid their coaches less, and fired (on false pretenses) those who spoke up. Unethical.

Closest I've ever gotten to leaving a class before it was over. Instructor mumbled unclear cues and constantly counted down 3-2-1, even when we weren't changing exercises. Truly awful experience.

Triana's Solidcore classes are FIRE. You will feel the burn within 30 seconds of starting class and it won't go away until the end...but she will motivate you nonstop, give you a shout out right when you are thinking of taking a break, and distract you with great music!

Solidcore is an intense workout that starts to show results within just a few weeks if you are going consistently! I am amazed at how much progress I've made over the last few months - every class gets a little easier, but there is always a new level to aspire to for each move that keeps it challenging!

For those of you posting reviews about a single unfortunate incident with the owner, shame on you. Judging an entire studio based on that misrepresents what all the coaches and the studios strive to bring their clients. I have been taking classes at SolidCore for over a year and have over 440 classes under my belt. Because of SolidCore I am much stronger, healthier, much more flexible and have met a number of wonderful, uplifting, positive and accepting people. Yes, it has gotten pricey and the new machine needs some upgrades, but outside of that, an excellent experience.
[Solidcore] changed my life - it is the hardest workout I have ever done, but I have been doing it for three years, giving my a new confidence. However 3 years later every class is still a challenge.
The studios are awesome - this one has art from a very famous local artist. The class comes with towels and disinfectant wipes so you always feel sanitary, and with only 14 or so people in class, you get very personal attention.
Side effects? Great friends, confidence, and a six pack (not guaranteed - but definitely more likely!)

Looks like the Trump idiots are purposely skewing the rating of Solid Core gyms because they're precious princess was attacked. Get over it! This gym is excellent, please do go.
