Their 360 class and their 75 class are awesome! They kick your butt in the best way possible.
The classes I've taken here have been okay, but the facilities leave a lot to be desired. Things seem dirty, there aren't enough showers, there's a general crush of people trying to get in and out of classes that start at the same time, and they charge extra for shower and mat rental. In addition, they don't allow credit card charges below $6 (with no advance warning of this policy), so if you're being made to pay $2 for a towel, they charge $6 anyway. If you're paying for a higher-end class, there are nicer places in the area that make for a more pleasant overall experience.

I really enjoyed Niloo's yoga class! Felt the toning and burning in action. I can't wait to make this a regular part of my routine.
I really like the classes here. The instructor was very helpful. The entire staff is pleasant and professional. I also enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere in the yoga studio.
