I joined this gym over two years ago and haven't looked back! The creative workouts, convenient class times, and vibrant atmosphere keep me going even when I'm feeling lazy and looking for an excuse to avoid the gym. The coaching staff is phenomenal--they are knowledgeable, encouraging, and accessible. Also, the vibe is welcoming and inclusive of a wide range of fitness goals and levels. I hadn't been to a gym in years when I started going here a little over a year ago. I'm 31 pounds lighter now and I start my day here three to four days a week. I love this place! The coaches are awesome and the members are supportive. If you're in the market, give this place a shot. You won't regret it!
Great coaches and great community. No need to worry about not being fit enough to start! It was very welcoming, and there are people at all fitness levels in the Fast Fit class.
I've seen huge changes in my fitness level and my body since I've started, and I was not previously a person who worked out, ever.
Added bonus, you can pick the music! I get to play DJ!
This is an excellent gym in DC. The community is super welcoming & the coaches are dedicated to each member's individual fitness goals and health. I've never been a gym person- I prefer to swim or jog alone- but Petworth Fitness helped transform my body, and I truly look forward to each class. If you're looking for a safe, fun, and pumped up place to challenge yourself and make new friends- this is it.
