Less then ideal service when it comes to returns.
It's a good store for the brand. Staff is friendly and typically not pushy or trying to force a sale. They're usually helpful and knowledge about the various features of the clothing as well
Lots of sale items. Also visiting the store allows you to use discounts versus online ordering

Went in to browse, got personal help and found a pair I wanted. Couldn't find it on the rack so I left but the man who was helping me yelled for me when I was walking down the street to strip the mannequin to get me a pair my size. Amazing service.

This store has a great staff that is very friendly and knowledgeable. The store is well organized and provides a great shopping experience!
One of my favorite lulu locations. They have a good assortment of male clothing the an eager to assist group of staff members.
Smallest of the DC locations but has all the best loved gear. The staff are helpful and friendly, and knowledgeable about their product. There seems to be a higher percentage of men working at this store, so any time a gift for a man friend is needed, this is the lululemon location I choose!
I used to avoid Lululemon at all costs after a string of bad customer service experiences. I'm pleased to say, however, that is no longer the case. The ladies who helped me at this location were so friendly and knew the products inside and out. They took the time to show me all the cool tricks with the vinyasa scarf and the gloves I was looking at. Definitely going to return here.
Given that lululemon markets itself as expensive high-quality apparel with a good guarantee, you think they would be less fascist about their return policy. They won't accept never worn garments with a receipt if the tags aren't attached. I'm willing to pay more for a brand if the staff is knowledgeable and the store stands behind the garments but why pay exorbitantly for what amounts to the return policy of a forever 21? I won't be back.
