I've been with this LA fitness for a year...I honestly picked it due to it being extremely convenient to work and also being at a nice price point. However....the moral of the story is you pay for what you get. The facilities since i've been there have just continually got worst. Just to list a few of my issues: (1) The layout of the main gym floor makes NO sense. Management needs to seriously reconsider the layout and the distribution of equipment. (2) The new janitor they hired always has his headphones on and proceeds to always block entrance/exits/anywhere that there is traffic and ignores you. Same with staff...does management allow staff to have headphones on??? That to me seems very unprofessional (3) Equipment and infrastructure ALWAYS seems to have an issue. I think in the year i've been there, there have been a total of...3-4 weeks where i've noticed NO issue at all? in addition, these aren't small issues i.e. Leaky ceilings, broken equipment, missing parts. These are just some of the main gripes i have with the facility. I wanted to give this facility a chance, but after a year and seeing that the management just DOES NOT care about the state it is in, i'm done. If you sign up for this gym, again, fair warning, you pay for what you get. Don't let the price fool you.
