I worked out at this location for a few years because it was close to my work. Not a bad facility, always clean, staff was nice, equipment was in good condition. The only complaint I have is their bs cancellation process. I'm really surprised they are still able to force customers to pay for a membership even though they want to cancel immediately. Make sure you pay very close attention to the cancellation process and invoice dates, they force you to come in person or send a certified cancellation letter, what company nowadays doesn't let a customer cancel before the next billing cycle. This is an outdated process and a bit predatory for that last payment. I cancelled at the end of May and they wouldn't stop billing me until 7/20, just had to get my last payment and a half. Because of that bad taste in my mouth, when I join a gym, which I will soon, it will not be a Golds and I will spread the word to family and friends about this forced payment practice even though I was no longer using their facility. Horrible business model.
