Derrick is an amazing trainer! Each session is challenging in a new and different way, so the workouts are never boring. Most of the workouts rely upon your own body weight, not machines, so they are dynamic and high-energy. In addition to training sessions, he also works with you on crafting a diet plan and monitoring calories and nutrition. Making those lifestyle changes can be tough, so it helps a lot that Derrick has such an upbeat, encouraging personality and a great sense of humor. He's great at motivating and gives helpful, realistic advice on how to stay on track.
Most important, Derrick's methods get results! After only a month, my weight and body fat have gone down, my clothes fit better, and I feel great. Derrick has also been really flexible about accommodating my crazy work hours, which I really appreciate in a trainer!
