Convenient location in DuPont with great staff. The studio is a little worn out, so their City Center location is better.
Very energetic, high octane atmosphere. Staff is friendly and helpful. The class was a very high paced workout, with hills, sprints, and the always fun friendly competition over the course of the class. Have been to a few flywheels before, and this was on par with the best I have been to. Great cycling studio with very professional staff and a clean studio.
Love it here - came here during a visit from Boston. I found the staff to be more welcoming, the studio well ventilated and Emma my instructor was so great!
Very fun workout experience and every instructor is engaging. The scoring system makes it fun and after doing one fly fit class, I enjoyed that as well, as long as they don't cram more people into the small room. Coded lockers are nice and facilities are all well kept. Prices are on par with other fitness places in DC which makes it a stretch to become a regular unless this is all you want to do.

Pretty good studio. I would encourage a few renovations since he looks a little run down. Some of the bikes weren't working.

If you're ever up for a friendly competition, the torq board is your best friend. The spin classes are full of energy and have quality instructors who will push and challenge you.
Went with my girlfriend and took a Barre class for 45 min. It kicked my butt but ir was fun and the instructer was pumped up and motivating. Very helpful with techniques. A little expensive. Parking is hard.
The spinning classes are motivating and the equipment is good (one exception: the lockers). Don't allow yourself to get distracted by the scoreboard too much: it's a nice touch, but it's the data on your own progress that matters.
Had one class.. Too hot, no ventilation. Instructor was excellent, but my metrics on the bike were off. Overall, not the best experience in DC
