I've been going to this location for almost 4 years now. Overall, it gets the job done and has all the equipment I need. The location is ideal for me. It's still a commercial gym with cheap membership, so as expected, it gets packed. I was told 3 years ago wi-fi is coming to this gym, still no wi-fi and phone reception is a bit spotty downstairs. The front desk staff are nice and always greet you. There's plenty of cardio equipment (good luck seeing all 4 stairmasters fully in service for more than 2 weeks), cable machines, weight machines, 2 squat racks (yes, people curl in the squat rack), 1 power cage, and a decent amount of benches.
A lot of the clientele do not know how to rerack their weights or put back equipment they've taken. There's also people who love to superset and claim multiple pieces of equipment during busy hours. People like to use benches as phone and water bottle holders and they are "using it" when you ask. A majority of the people are respectful and pleasant to share the gym with, but there are a few randoms that have gawking problems.
Parking sucks here. You have to park in a garage and only have 2 hours to get to/from your car and finish your workout or you'll have to pay. This is not the gym's fault, but the building's parking management is just awful. Even when their parking sensor is broken, someone will literally sit there with a cone and make you stop and wait, so they can check the time on your ticket. They also have signs that say they're not responsible for mechanical failure if that doesn't tell you how great they are.
