The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because the nail tech and masseuse were very kind. But as for the actual massage and manicure, 1 star. My masseuse used a TON of massage oil then then his elbow was directly on my spine 3 times. He should have never been near my spine with his elbows. Big no no. Then at the end of the 50 min, he loudly washed his hands in the sink. Talk about abrupt. He could have waited until I was dressed and out the room. Kind person but the worst massage. Then the manicure was super underwhelming for $45. Very kind woman but I noticed streaks in my nails after walking out. This is after THREE coats!! The pics here are ONE day later. Total waste of money and time. Dont recommend the spa at all based off of 2 poor results.
Booked for a couple's massage 3 weeks in advance but received a call the day before(less than their own 24hr cancelation policy) that there was a mix up and they can only offer us seperate rooms. No other offers for another date(or price), nor an apology, were made for the inconvenience. I requested for a cancelation and they didn't seem too eager to keep us as a customer.
Lots of potential, but needs improvement. On the positive side, the facility is very attractive and they've managed to snag one of the best masseuses in the city, which is what will bring me back. The dressing room was messy and needed cleaning, the whirlpool didn't work, the relaxation room was cold and the toiletry offerings were sparce - no razors, shower caps, plastic sandals, etc. Also, it's difficult to contact the spa, as the phone isn't always answered. I will hope for improvement.
Had a wonderful experience. From the moment we walked in we were treated so well. The reception we received was extremely welcoming. I wont say exactly what transpired but I will say that they definitely went above and beyond and met expectations that I never even expected. The massage therapist was very professional and courteous. I was very relaxed when I left. We enjoyed the hot tub and that was very nice. We never felt rushed to leave and we enjoyed our time there. I would definitely recommend visiting this spa for a very relaxing experience.
A great experience! I adore the aromatherapy of their signature shampoo and conditioner. Love Tosin!! He is an excellent masseuse! Staff is professional and thoughtful. The salt water pool is healing and refreshing. I have made this a regular treat every couple of months to spend a day here to refresh from life.
This spa is unbelievable. The director Ludmila stopped by the front and answered some of my questions. She then offered me a tour of the facilities and showed me around. I got a day pass and had enjoyed it immensely. Thanks Ludmila!

There is a lot to love about this spa - the facility is beautiful, the amenities are enjoyable, and the massage was very relaxing and healing. However, a couple of details kept this from being a 5-star experience for me. They both involved the relaxation lounge. As soon as I stepped in, there was a really unpleasant odor in the room, which smelled like cigar smoke. It was surprising and off-putting, and ended up leaving me with a headache at the end of my visit. The other issue, which admittedly is not the fault of the management, was the amount of loud chit-chat by the other spa patrons. This, coupled with the odor, made for a less-than-tranquil experience.
