Literally impossible to find street parking. Garage is $14. Waste of time and money
Nearly impossible to find a space to park around the studio. Unlike some other CPYs inside congested cities, this place does not validate parking in any way. Pointless to come to this location unless you live within walking distance.
I took the Saturday 12:30 PM sculpt class with the instructor, Emily. It was AMAZING. The flow was so great that the hour went by in a flash. I felt like I was able to get my yoga and a great workout in at once. It's definitely one of my favorite classes of all time!

I enjoyed the intensity of workout and the blend of yoga and weights for Yoga Sculpt. Great studio set up, fantastic instructor! I will definitely be back for sure!
Amazing classes at an amazing studio - instructors are welcoming and helpful throughout the classes. I cannot wait to go to my next class.
We had a blast! We do not live in the DC area but were in town visiting and enjoy finding fun workout stops in our family travels. My husband, 15 year old daughter and I took a terrific vinyasa flow session. We all highly recommend.
