I am a cancer survivor and a certified personal trainer with a degree in the field. I know how to help others rebound after a major illness. I train all ages, women, men, and kids. I train those with injuries, my specialty. But most of all, I have been an active trainer for over 20 years and I have helped many to regain their fitness for a wedding day, that special vacation, or just to regain a healthier lifestyle. With all of my expertise, most of my clients achieve their goals and then some.

Remember to work smarter not harder!

Dan
