Glenn Seth has been my personal trainer for kettlebells for almost 8 years, since I was in my early 60s.. He is well-versed in the proper techniques for using the equipment and very attentive during training sessions.When I started I was relatively unfit, with little upper body strength, and was plagued by lower back pain. Glenn has helped me become much stronger and more flexible. I am in better overall physical health and have greater stamina. He is an execellent coach in every way--knowledgeable, encouraging, patient and enthusiastic.
