I enjoy running but I've never been much of a workout class fan. However, E60 and the group classes are great. The trainers are knowledgeable, friendly, and push you. They truly care about you improving your fitness and achieving your goals. The classes have a good mix of exercises (weights, cardio, machines, body, etc) so that you stay engaged throughout and each time you attend. Great opportunity for all levels, even if you're just getting into working out or back into shape.
