Delphine Uriburu teaches a great class - high energy, motivating and fun.
I have to come back to my country little earlier than i planned. During 3 weeks , I'm so happy that i can play Yoga with this community. And great yoga teachers who is Julie , Ava , katherin, Rachel, etc.(I can not remember other teachers)Thanks for all of you. Thanks to you guys , I love playing Yoga. Sadly I couldn't in my country. Well, I hope you make feel better.
I go to multiple corepower studios but this one is my favorite! Always so clean and absolutely love the instructors. Would recommend to anyone wanting to try a fun way to workout!
I love how challenging and different all of their classes are! I can definitely get bored of the same thing over and over again, but I have been to 4 classes this week and I have enjoyed each one in a different way. All of the instructors were very friendly as well!

I chose to become a member at core power yoga after trying out several other places in the area (not just yoga). What I loved about Core Power is that the instructors are a diverse group of people, and as such I think that
Core Power attracts a clientele that is also diverse. I did not find this to be the case in other studios and exercise places around Court House area. I've tried all the classes- the HPF classes have been too hot for me, but I go to a mix of CP1, CP2, and Yoga Sculpt. All the instructors have been great.

I enjoy taking the C1 class which is a standard class that follows the same sequence each time. The yoga room is also very large and there are mirrors. C2 class is a more challenging vinyassa class that I also liked. HPF is kind of like a bikram yoga class.

As a yoga instructor at Core Power Yoga, I cannot think of a better community of like-minded yogis! CPY represents an amazingly supportive yoga family, from the instructors to management, members, and especially the SET Team! I can't think of a better place to practice, teach and grow.
I love that the lower room is huge for Sculpt. The location is close to work so the showers and toiletries make it easy to take class in the morning and not worry about being gross later. The instructors at the front are always friendly and the workout is great.

It's fine enough, but the experience is a bit impersonal compared to other studios I've visited (which makes sense, because it's a giant corporation). It's more fitness-focused than other studios. I didn't like how intensely they try to recruit your for their teacher training - seems shady. Only 1-2 teachers offered a flow that was challenging and engaging to me.
