Great value for money, especially if you're an early riser, peak hours can get a little restrictive since there's only two benches and one squat rack.

During my time I built a good relationship with some of the staff. Others felt like they were too good to be friendly. Gym is too small and is more setup for cardio than a full fitness workout gym. They crammed everything into a small space and is hard to workout in when alot of patrons come in to exercise. Better to go during off peak hours.
Some of the trainers use the gym as personal gym time than a place of business. They take up most of the equipment during their workouts and customers have to work around them.
Mens bathroom is unsatisfactory at best. It smells of mildew. There shouldn't be carpet in an area where there's a shower. Open the bathroom space to allow for freedom of movement and space to get changed. It is unhealthy and does put customers at risk of fungus infection. I stopped using the locker room area because the smell and health risk.
Overall I gave it a 2 because there were certain staff members that were good people. It's better than the Mega store on Leesburg Pike due too cleanliness, functionality, and upkeep. The Leesburg Pike location is poorly ran and maintained. I left there after two weeks of signing up because the place was poorly ran , poorly maintained and the equipment was not kept properly. XSport Fitness honestly could be the best venue for fitness and exercise however the maintenance and management of these locations have to improve tremendously.

Great gym with a good staff. Also had the fortunate experience of working with a very thorough trainer Shiv. provided lots of workouts, nutrition advice etc. well beyond my expectations.

I first worked here in 2012. Good mix of equipment to get a great all over workout. It is a smaller gym and can get packed quickly. I wish they had more Hammer equipment and upgraded cardio equipment.

Decent gym with validated parking, always a plus. On the smaller side so best to go in with a plan but maintain the flexibility in your workout that you can grab a machine when it's available instead of when it normally might be in your routine.

They make it almost impossible to cancel your monthly subscription.
You'll have to literally call your bank and block Xsport from monthly withdrawals.

Fine corner gym, but it's way overcrowded during peak hours. Doesn't matter what time of year.

24 hour gym with a friendly staff. Very clean and equipment is repaired in a timely manner if it breaks. Much more personal then other gyms. Though it gets crowded during peak hours

It's a small but good gym. Gets crowded at peak times but you can typically still get a good workout in no matter when you go.

wrote a previous review not so happy. I was charged monthly for my membership after canceling it in person. Guess it didn't go through huh? lol, Well after speaking with customer service they reversed the funds to my card and after a few weeks I saw my refund post. Good thing about this gym is if they make a mistake they will make it right. If I move back in the area I would sign up with this gym again. Thanks Xsport!

Picked this gym specifically because they had free child care. A week after signing up they started charging 15 dollars per session for childcare. I wish I would have known that before signing up...

Shiv is my personal trainer for almost 2 years. Great staff and trainers here. Would highly recommend to anyone in any level of weight training, either personal trainer or solo.. great atmosphere

The Columbia Pike location is small, with only one power rack, two bench presses, no classrooms, and very limited free space. Lots of treadmills and other cardio machines, but it doesn't take many guests to overcrowd this gym. Expect to wait for whatever machine/bench/dumbbell you need. Strict 'no chalk' policy doesn't seem safe. Members may bring a free guest, but they can only come in during the worst hours of the day.
On the plus side, it's always clean, open 24 hours, and offers a great rate on tanning. I've rarely seen a busted machine. The membership is very inexpensive, but you'll get what you pay for.
