One of the best yoga studios in Arlington. Yoga classes are heated and intense. Schedule wise, there is a nice balance of classes. The teachers learn your name quickly and you'll progress rapidly if you make it a habit. The workshops are also great. If you're trying aerial, don't forget a sleeved shirt!

Excellent space and teachers. Very clean studio and friendly staff. If you speak to the teacher before class to let them know your practice level or any injuries they will show you variations of poses. Very helpful for beginners!

Fantastic mix of classes (yoga, barre, Pilates) and friendly and supportive staff. Awesome new client deals and spacious bathroom and locker rooms to get ready after classes. Free parking in the garage behind the building but not very close to metro.
Hard to find true yoga class in their schedule, especially for someone who works and can't get to the studio by 4. Also, if you get there 5 minutes late, they lock the door. It can be really disappointing after a long day of work and rushing to the studio to unwind to find you are shut out :(
