Short Story: Recommend for all levels and fitness types.
Long Story: Prior to going to Clarendon Fitness, I exercised almost daily, but it was always focused on cardio exercises. I had never done strength training before and was nervous since I was unfamiliar. But Pascal and James are great and walked me through everything; every exercise, every movement. The corrective training that CF incorporates into its regular training is especially helpful and is always presented in a positive way. I quickly formed bonds with the others in my sessions, which made it more enjoyable. In just 6 weeks, I went from an undefined person to someone with actual muscle tone! There's no doubt that CF will push you, but it certainly makes you stronger!
