I've gone spinning a couple times many years ago and liked it a lot. So, when I found out about Revolve, I was super excited to give them a try.
Over the past months, I've stopped by a few times when I was in the area to check them out. They were closed every time. It seems like they're only open when there's a class.
Finally, this morning I get up early to go try my first class. I showed-up about half an hour early since this is my first class, I'm pretty new to spinning, I'm not familiar with their bikes, I've never used clip-in shoes before, and I didn't book the class online ahead of time. I was hoping to give myself some time to sign-up, figure out how to adjust the bike, stretch, etc. When I arrived someone was at the desk, but the doors were locked. The lady working (who was the only one there, so I'm assuming is also the one teaching the class) was nice enough, but told me to come back later. Apparently, not only is Revolve not open when there aren't classes, but they are literally only open when there is a class physically in session.
Since it was 7:30am on a Saturday morning and I'd just peeled myself out of bed 15 minutes earlier than I otherwise would have in order to get to this class early, I was a little irritated and decided to leave.
I'm really hoping to get into spinning and Revolve seemed like a good place to do that; but given the hassle it has been so far just to try their classes, I think maybe I'll look elsewhere.
