I love this place to practice my yoga. Maggie is an amazing teacher, she knows show to read student's body, her hands on assistance is spot on, she continuously studies and applies in her class room. Also, people who practice yoga here in Ashtanga Nation, they are devoted practitioners from all walks of life. I feel comfortable to practice here as who I am as I am able to find a deeper connection with myself. It's worth of driving a long distance to come here and I always leave with my body and my heart opened up after my practice here.
