Good gym floor with a variety of equipment, and classes; just don't shower here. No pressure, barely any hot water and no handle to close showers from the inside. Also no full length lockers which can be tough.... more
Amazing I love the atmosphere here My trainer is awesome I definitely feel the burn baby lol If your looking for a great gym with a pool and spa hot tub then La Fitness is the place to be they have great classes.... more
I really enjoy working out at the Stratford Edge. The staff is helpful and friendly. The members are welcoming and will compliment you when they see you hard at work. I tried going to other sites and you can't beat the Stratford Edge.... more
