I've had gym memberships all over Greenwich and Stamford , and Heavy Hitting Boxing & Fitness is BY FAR my favorite gym. I found the other gyms to be highly commercial and impersonal, and after the initial sales pitch it seemed as if the staff really didn't care much about you at all--only your money.... more
