I have been working with the AAD staff for about a good 5 years. I am 17 years old and need that extra intense workout that the staff provides. I have been going 3x a week to train for the lacrosse season and the difference in my speed, vert, broad, and strength is extremely noticeable. I started training with Seth 11 years ago as part of my rowing program. I was impressed with my improvement, so l joined his adult training program. I love the varied, progressive workouts. Seth and his staff are knowledgeable and a ton of fun. They work hard and, in turn, attract people who are willing to work hard on their fitness. I highly recommend training with AAD!
