As former professional dancer/educator, CORE Pilates is the BEST around. They are focused on proper placement, strengthening from within and always paying attention to each clients needs in a very detailed manner. It is personalized and I feel amazing! I'm 70 years old. Since my early 40's I have lived with minor pain on a daily basis. Not bad pain, just twinges and aches in my lower back with the occasional bout that would put me out of commission for a period of time. I started going to work with Lorena three months ago, twice a week. I am now pain free most all the time and I feel, quite literally, as if I am 35 years old. HSS has a mantra, "You are how you move". It is so true. I play paddle, tennis and am very active. Thank you, Lorena.
Beautiful waterfront location, excellent training. I have been taking Pilates for a few years, this is one of the best I have found across the country. Highly recommend Lorena!
