Great 45 minute workout with excellent instructors. I like how they break it up into 3 x 15 minute sections (the middle 15 is 12 rounds of boxing) to keep it fresh. Highly recommended.
Working out at B&B was a phenomenal experience. From the minute I walked in the team was VERY professional and the workout with Coach Jonathan was amazing. Even if you are at an advanced fitness level this class will push you! Fun atmosphere, fun workout and I will definitely be back
Working out here is always such a treat. Jonathan is always an enthusiastic, hospitable and encouraging coach. The workouts are thorough and upbeat and leave you feeling accomplished. Definitely recommend!
My 8 year old takes classes here. The instructor keeps my son motivated and working hard for the whole class. My son leaves feeling proud of his hard work. These guys are great.
