Incredible workouts and energy. The instructors are down to earth and really care about the clients. Highly recommend if you want to fall in love with exercise. The cons are that theres no shower or locker room and its too expensive to be sustainable.
All of the Body Roc trainers are awesome and motivate you to do your best. I have been attending Body Roc classes for over 2 years and it is the most motivating workout which I have ever attended. Love the music. You get stronger each week and the fat melts away while you get more toned.
Bodyroc has a great atmosphere and amazing trainers that always keep you motivated to give each workout all you got.

Joining bodyroc was the best decision of my life. Fitness has always been a major part of my daily routine, but I was in the market for something to take my fitness to the next level. That's when I joined bodyroc. I am so grateful for the challenge and the trainers that push me every class. The members have created and even more amazing sense of comradery, better than I have ever experienced in any other gym. Thank you all!
Great staff and trainers!! Friendly members. They offer a lot of classes each day so that it would fit your schedule. Make sure to book a class first. They have a one time trial as well.
So I went and visited BodyRoc Fit Lab and met with the owner Shawn. Here is a hand-on, high energy, meek and well-rounded guy. He has business, tech and fitness savvy--a good recipe for success. The gym is spotless and the members are not there as members but as participants in a movement. This is what i noticed.
My abs are on fire and my shirt is drenched. Best workout ever! I also really appreciate the specialized coaching that keeps you motivated. Please open one on these in the Bay Area!
High energy workouts with a live dj... Definitely feels like a party !!! The only place that keeps me on my toes with great music and working outs . The staff and trainers are knowledgeable and super nice. There's no other gym like this in are !!!
