Cross Fit gets a pretty bad rep in the press these days. Crazy workouts, poorly trained coaches, dangerous moves. True Athletics turns all these stereotypes about Cross Fit completely upside down. The most important thing is the coaches, Dan and Monique. They are incredibly well versed in proper technique, and spend a huge amount of time with gym members of all levels in correcting form, enabling safe workouts with maximum benefit. This fantastic support leads to a great crowd of knowledgeable people to work out with, who work as a team to move forwards with their fitness. The atmosphere is wonderfully supportive, the workouts are well structured with clear long term aims (no getting up this morning, and deciding that doing 100 pull ups for time is the plan for today), and everyone there is seriously fun. I cannot recommend it strongly enough.
