I just want to let You know that I have been doing Your Work Out Video, Level 2 for the past five days so far and Believe that I have found the Right Video! Since I got my recent Blood Test informing ME about having a High Blood Glucose Level and needing to lower it in order to prevent Type 2 Diabetes from forming, I Woke Up! Sadly, I do like Sweets!
