I have been going here on for years on and off. When I need to get back into shape and slim down this is my secret weapon. BBB cardio boxing classes are the best! Great family oriented atmosphere and the instructors are the best at what they do!

Great, fast paced and intense cardio boxing classes. Fantastic, high energy instructors that keep the pace moving - Rianna, Davey and Bill especially. You can't get better conditioning than this.
Most instructors are also available for one on one private classes at reasonable prices.
There's some cardio equipment as well as a few weight stations.
Heavy bags, speed bags, double end bags and body snatcher bags available for personal practice.
