Absolutely love this place. I've been training here since April (Ish?) 2019 and I'd highly recommend it to anyone looking to get involved in some type of combat sport

Probably one of the best martial arts academies in CT. Luigi is my professor and has guided me to the rank of black belt in jiu jitsu. He has encouraged me to achieve for the best in life. Do yourself a favor, join this gym!

Great experience at American Top Team. Luigi and Sylvia truly put the children above all else. Rare to see an organization put helping people above making money these days, but Luigi and Sylvia do just that. They work to instill respect and discipline while building confidence and self esteem. The kids love going and we couldn't be happier with the skills they are learning.

One of the best martial arts schools anywhere! Professor Luigi Mondelli is super talented, giving, humble and respectful. He is a world class martial arts practitioner, competitor and teacher. I have been teaching practical and effective martial arts for well over 30 years, and I highly recommend this school to anyone interested in the very finest in martial arts instruction.

I travel for work and I go to gyms all over the country. This is a legit gym in the area. I rolled with blues, purples, and a Brown and they are all good and safe rolls. Go train!

I have been training here for a year and a half and it has changed my life. Luigi and and entire team are incredibly talented teachers but more important they are great people. It feels more like a family than a gym. The instruction is world class and best of all it does not feel like you are working it's just fun.

Beyond a shadow of a doubt the best martial arts academy I have been to. Luigi promotes a friendly and arrogance-free atmosphere that carries over to all of his students. Not only have I had the pleasure of learning jiu-jitsu from a highly qualified instructor, I have also made many new friends and learned things about myself that I will carry with me for the rest of my life. I highly recommend American Top Team to any and all who take an interest in pursuing martial arts.

Professor Luigi and his great team allowed me to train with them while I was visiting family in CT. This facility is great, well kept and clean. Every single member of the team is welcoming and willing to teach. I had some great rolls there! I would recommend this school to anyone in the area.
