Terribly understaffed. I've been trying to cancel my membership for two weeks and no one calls back who can actually do something about it. Incredibly unprofessional.

This place is a joke.. too expensive, over crowded and as well as dirty. their manager is a jerk, his never there and when i call no one ever picks up the phone. your better off going to new york sport club or sports and wellness. where you can actually get your money worth..

Nice place--it just opened so all the equipment is in good shape, and staff are very friendly and helpful.
It does get crowded sometimes since the gym is small, and they don't have showers or even a real locker room to speak of--just a couple of changing rooms and a row of cubbies. However the low price is definitely worth it, and the fact that you can come in 24 hours is convenient if you like to work out alone. Recommended to anyone on a budget.
