I was fortunate enough to have Gabriela as a massage therapist for my first appointment! She was extremely knowledgeable and listened to my concerns and actually helped me to better understand alternative ways to deal with vertigo I had been experiencing for several months. She recommended chiropractor treatment and I went back for another therapeutic massage as well. She truly helped me to get rid of my vertigo! She was phenomenal!

The Massage Therapists here know what they are doing and have the background knowledge that has helped me understand my own health better. My back pain and stress levels have been reduced significantly every time I go in. I couldn't recommend a better massage and wellness establishment!

It was my birthday yesterday and they gave me the experience ever! My Girls getaway package was beyond what I could have imagined! The staff was pleasant and when I was done this was waiting for me, how cute is this? I highly recommend this spa!
This establishment is THE TRUTH when it comes to massage therapy. Don't waste your time going elsewhere. My back is very difficult for most masseuses to deal with. Maybe 1 out 100 have the strength and skill to make it through and help heal my tension. They delivered 100%. True professionals. Polite and courteous staff, the best treatment.
Long story short, I started with Jenna before a diagnosis of radiation fibrosis in the neck and back. Most people with this diagnosis go through a LOT of physical therapy, botox injections in the neck and head, among much more. As we were unaware of the dx, Jenna did everything in her power to help me.
I changed from being unable to sleep at night to sleeping.
I changed from being unable to sleep on my side to sleeping on my side.
I changed from walking with the top half of me leaning forward. Her massages were able to get me standing upright.
She broke up muscles in my necks that everyone else says feels like bone.
There was no chiro, no acupuncturist, no massage therapist, no PT, no neurologist, no pain specialist, no oncologist, NObody that came even remotely close to the results she did.
Yes, I still have to see a chiro, have found a good PT (finally), and a cancer rehab specialist. But they are all pointless without her.
She has gone above and beyond to find and hire more exceptional employees. She works extremely hard to train them in her techniques. She attends insane amounts of training to learn more. And she passes her knowedge onto her staff

I got a massage with Kathleen for my back issues. I went into the Paradise room and it felt like I was at a beach relaxing under a cabana. The whole experience was customized to my liking. She was always asking me if the temperature of the hot towels was ok, if the pressure she was using was okay. She made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. She just has this calming effect on people that you can't explain unless you have an experience with her. I highly recommend this place to anyone that wants to have a customized experience from beginning to end!

Jenna and her team work wonders and they are extremely knowledgeable with the body! They have an incredible work ethic and will go over and above to help your need. Jenna has sent me an entire program to help me get better too. Jenna and her staff make their own videos to help keep you pain free and in case I can't find time to get to them I have ways to make me feel better immediately ! Lastly, I love finishing with the hot towels and lemon water - the peppermint towels open up my sinuses when I'm face down and it just continues to show how they go above and beyond !
I went to Therapeutic Massage and Wellness and had an incredible massage by Jenna in the Buddha room. The theme of the room carried through down to every last detail and the massage was the best I have ever experienced. The entire space is like a fantasy, but each room has its own theme so you can choose which fantasy you want to experience. On top of that, the therapists there are extremely knowledgeable of their craft. You can tell they were all selected to be a part of the TM&W team for a reason.
Jenna is an absolute miracle worker! She always know exactly what tools and skills to use to fix whatever it is I have broken when I come to see her! If your someone who has a labor intensive job or likes to hit the gym hard then this place should be a priority on your list! Jenna is highly educated, way more then your average massage therapist and she's makes sure she applies the same commitment when training her other therapists. Also make sure to follow through with there awesome yoga classes!!!
