The instructors are welcoming, knowledgeable, and accommodating. The classes are scaffolded so everyone can benefit from the practice regardless of their difficulty level.
I have taken a lot of classes with a lot of instructors and Erica is one of the best. Calming, consistent, intense, fun... Love it! Super proud of her too!
