Awesome front desk service and a majority of the staff is very friendly!
Been coming here for 4 years and yet again another machine is gone the fly machine was broken for 6 months and replaced with a model machine and I come in today to find the landmine press is gone and replaced with the 5th leg press machine. Switching when my membership goes up. Ps the bathrooms have been gross and theres mildew on the walls. Thanks guys.update... who puts a land mine press that close to a mirror with a ft of moving room. This will end in the mirror getting broken... switching to Chooze when my membership ends... get it together
Recently joined this location and very impressed so far. I did the complimentary fitness consultation with Ben and was very pleased with his knowledge and friendliness. He listened to what my fitness goals were and how to achieve them. I appreciate his customer service to encourage continuing fitness goals and ways to advance. The overall gym is great with plenty of various machines offering a wide range of work out opportunities. The only thing keeping this from 5 stars is the lack of platform/squat machines. Otherwise, great gym so far!
- The steam room need to be clean and odorless. Maybe because of the janitor doesn't clean good enough or because of the sewer or both. Also this steam room is broken all the time!!
- The lockers need to be clean regularly because many people put their dirty shoes in the lockers.
- The restroom need to be clean more often during the day because many people walk around with their wet shoes, clothes, towels, etc.
- The showers need to clean more.
- Maybe we need a sign to remind people to flush the water after they pee (too bad huh?) Many people didn't flush the water after used, next to me, and I wanted to yell at them many times "water please!!!
- The fitness equipment need to clean thoroughly during the day because many people want to share their sweat with others ))-:
- The music doesn't need too loud. We can hear it.
- Some TVs are not working. Need to fix and we don't want to see your advertising on those TVs all the time!
Place is so dirty and disgusting it's embarrassing. Not one toilet works properly in the mens locker room, there's dust bunnies and grime everywhere. Tons of the machines have broken grips and padding, to the point where some are near unusable.
Terrible machines (half do not work), rude customer service (what planet is it right to tell a customer they cant use their free pass), swimming area dirty, management sucks. They really do not stand up to Texas 24 hour Fitness. Its like they are so entitled they feel that its ok to suck. Stick with the rec centers in Highlands Ranch or go to another city to avoid this place.
Over crowded, employees are in their own world.. lockers broken into.
Clean. Very good staff. Facilities are good value for money. All classes free with membership. So do what you feel like at a given time.

Ridiculously busy at all hours. This gym caters mostly to the 3 huge apartment complexes nearby. It's full of lunkers who monopolize free weight stations for an hour at a time in groups trying to do 1rep max sets. Waste of time to even go here for any kind of circuit training. Also, an alarmingly high level of theft and locker break-ins. Staff is completely disengaged. I was excited to have the gym open, but now only use it for the steam room and sauna. Real disappointment!!
Several machines are not functional or broken, repairs take often take over 6 months. Too many machines are have simple fixes, such as missing pins or clips (which they should order and keep extra on hand). The main upper floor drinking fountain is often broken, and when it's not it's still not even properly reassembled, as in the side panels are hanging off of it. Plates for free weights and Smith machines are depleted (they need to order more weights and fully stock the weight racks for plates). The fly machine was broken for 6 months and then removed 4 months ago, meaning they haven't had a proper fly machine (which is a popular item) in almost a year.
I don't know how much of the issue is corporate, but that's the claim by management, but this place is likely to end up with a lawsuit from an injury due to the poor upkeep and underfunded maintenance budget, and the penny pinching with bite whom ever is responsible in the butt with the money and harm it probably will end up causing, let alone the member dissatisfaction. Especially considering most in the area have the option of the gyms they also pay for at the rec center.
They need to maintain equipment better, there are several machines missing basic functional parts like pins for weight machines. Many of the foam grips are split or missing and never replaced. On the plus side the bathrooms were updated, and appear to be cleaned better then previous years. Staff is friendly. Trainers are approachable, and no one hard sells sessions like many other 24hrs seem to do.
If they maintained the equipment better I would give the 4.5 stars (round up)
Also I want to echo that the staff is great, friendly and helpful, I think the maintence issue may be one of budget shortfalls

Great staff and clean gym. Childcare hours are great and work well with most schedules.

Eh, the location is not aging gracefully. I go here because it's conveniently located near work. Machines break down often, and sometimes the women's locker room is forgotten about. However, it is a gym, and they're all gross.

Machines especially ellipticals are way overdue for maintenance and cleaning. None of them operate smoothly.
Otherwise club is so-so.
Need updated equipment, but the early morning staff is one of the best around.
New equipment. Nice, helpful staff. Good variety of manufacturers and a nice facility. Would like them to put clean towels in the locker rooms too.

Customer service is poor. I have been a member for over 15 years. My home gym is a super sport on Quebec. They opened a new Super Sport in Castle Rock which is where I live and they won't let me transfer my home gym.
So this gym is pretty much awful. Equipment is always broke, lights are out, there aren't enough plates to supply all of the barbells. There has been a two for hole in the drywall by the training area for months. Drinking fountain in the main area was down for almost 3 weeksThey also charge an annual maintenance fee, but I have to question where that is actually going. It's honestly kind of funny, but it's close to my house, so I'll deal with it.

This is an older club, but its in decent shape. It would be nice if they offered earlier classes once in a while.

There's a TV by the free-weights that has been sitting there broken for literally years.
Otherwise, decently clean gym with friendly staff, the general membership are good, conscientious people; no meathead infestations like you'll find at some locations.
I am from Texas and those 24 hour gyms are full even at late hours. This was a nice change having the equipment that I needed without having to wait. Tons of friendly people, but only wish the water fountain upstairs was fixed l.
Friendly staff and decent cleanliness. However, as a new member I am disappointed in the large amount of broken down and worn equipment. I was also irritated to learn that they are NOT open 24/7 365 as they have holiday hours. One of the mai n reasons I joined this gym was for access everyday all day. My last gym before moving was a Anytime Fitness that was not staffed at all hours but I always had access with my key card. It was also rare that equipment was broken and every machine had it's own tv. Quite a step down for me.
Tons of weight equipment... No waiting. At any time of the day or night.. friendly staff... Free lockers... very clean... Pleasant atmosphere

Updated: They started going through and checking broken equiptment and pins. Now they just need to fix grips and label weight stacks...

Great customer sevice! Friendly staff. The club was clean through out the club. I enjoyed my work out. Other club members are courteous and friendly. Great job 24!!!

Staff is helpful and location is generally clean. It is a smaller 25 hour but has everything I need to get a good workout
one of my fav 24 hour fitness locations in the southwest region of Denver. It's always very clean. And I like the easy the gym id's set up. There's an amazing yoga instructor that teaches on Wed at 12 her name is Cheryl!
Unfortunately I have to knock off a few stars on my earlier 5 star review. They've now started blaring the music and announcements very loudly compared to previous levels and aren't amenable to turning it down.
I just joined 24 about 2 weeks ago, but I love it!! The space is clean and the equipment is nice. I've been trying classes out, and I LOVE Cheryl's Wednesday yoga class. She is so funny and makes the experience amazing. Would recommend to anyone.
I would like to invite all to come and check out this gym. Definitely trying hard to maintain an inviting and friendly place to workout. Staff is amazing and trainers top notch. Come in and check it out! :)
