All the classes are accessible for people that are new to yoga. Yoga also helps you be a better mountain biker, so I'd recommend it to anyone in the sport.. Beautiful wood floors and props.... more

The staff at Crossroads is extremely friendly and professional, they are continuously going the extra mile to make a difference for the members!
