I've been trying to find a workout that would stick. Sarah's classes are wonderful. I am someone that gets bored easily and quickly but Sarah offers a variety of strength and endurance training and continues to switch it up so that I'm constantly on my toes! I would highly recommend Becoming Fit for anyone looking for a new workout home.

Become Fit is a great gym for everyone from the person just getting back into shape to the serious athlete. Most classes are small and personalized - 4 to 10 people - and focused on strength training, balance, and interval cardio work. I've attended twice a week for several years and credit Sarah's workouts with allowing me to be a competitive athlete on a compressed work out schedule.

Become Fit hosts classes that are challenging and fun. There is always a friendly crowd in attendance. The Become Fit staff is attentive and will tailor the workout to address any restrictions or injuries.

I am not a fan of the big box gyms and preferred to not work out at all rather than to subject myself to the way big box gyms made me feel, which was too old, too weak, too overweight and a long list of other icky negative feelings. I came across Become Fit and literally cried from happiness that I finally found a place I could go where I felt not only accepted, but young and strong and although, maybe still overweight, welcomed as I am. The smaller group/ one on one type training is just what I was needing and looking for but couldn't find. It's almost like having a personal trainer, but not having to pay and arm and a leg for it while still getting motivation and a feeling of "family" with the other students in the class. I even purchased several class packages to give as gifts to friends and family because I was so happy with Sarah and Become Fit and wanted the world to know! Sarah is an amazing trainer and more importantly, a good human with a pure sweet spirit. She trains me and treats me just like every other student in her class, regardless of my ability or knowledge I may or may not have. She is patient when I forget an exercise 2 seconds after she's explained it, she is always willing to let me modify any exercise if I feel like I simply can't do it or I'm trying to heal from an injury, and she is always available to me when I have questions or concerns. She is prompt to return messages when I've had to reach out to her after hours which is super special.
I feel so blessed to have found Become Fit and Sarah and plan to be a long time Become Fit family member and I will continue to refer as many friends and family as will listen to me go on and on and on about how amazing it is. :)

I love the strength and conditioning classes at Become Fit! Sarah is an amazing trainer who creates interesting and challenging workouts which can be customized for any skill and fitness level. Her classes will benefit you whether you're in great shape or just starting out. I especially appreciate her low key, supportive training style. She is great about correcting technique and modifying exercises to account for injuries. I usually have a hard time sticking to any particular fitness regime but I've had no issues consistently going to these classes. In fact, I always look forward to class because I know I'll get a great workout and I don't have to plan it! Not only is Sarah an excellent trainer, she's a lovely person who takes a genuine interest in all her clients. She creates a very welcoming environment that is the polar opposite of the intimidating vibe of some gyms and fitness studios. I highly recommend giving Become Fit a try!

Love Become Fit and how unique the gym and philosophy is compared to chain gyms! So impressed with the level of knowledge about how to train and meet your goals (no matter how big or little). Sarah provides so much personal attention and is so flexible in meeting the needs of my demanding schedule. i also love the small group classes since they are pretty much like personal training sessions for a fraction of the cost.

I love Become Fit! Sarah is a very knowledgeable trainer and is always encouraging. I leave feeling energized and ready to start my day every time. Definitely recommend her group training classes!
