In the past, going to the gym had always been the part of my day i dreaded the most. In the rare event that i did make it on my own I would barely push myself past 20 minutes on an elliptical machine. Enter Yeti Cave. In the six months I have been a member here, I have met and/or exceeded every single personal goal i had when i started, and have had a blast in the process. These workouts are easily the highlight of my day, every single day. Nate is an amazing coach, and brings a level of expertise and enthusiasm to the gym that motivates everyone in the class to push themselves past their perceived limits. In fact all of the coaches are wonderful and really take the time to make sure you are completing the movements safely and correctly. It is a safe, fun, and welcoming place to grow, and for anyone looking to "move more, live more," I couldn't offer a higher recommendation of Yeti Cave Crossfit. Every single member of Yeti is welcoming, humble, and excited to be there. It feels like a big family. Yesterday, I ran my first 5k ever and another member of the gym stayed after her workout just to give me a high five when i crossed the finish line (Thanks Laura). Moments like that are the reason that as long as I am a resident of Fort Collins I will be a member of the Yeti family.
