I came to Pilates because I'd had chronic knee and back pain for about ten years, which eventually led to an arthritis diagnosis. This meant I needed to change the way I moved my body. Ashley's studio had been next to my gym for many years, and I already knew her to be a good person, funny and kind. I read testimonials about how she'd helped people rehab, and I was in the process of healing from yet another knee injury. We started working together, doing private sessions once a week, and I was amazed -- by how fun it was, how much I loved it, and how strong I got. Many days, I go to meet with Ashley and I arrive stiff and in pain, worried that my mobility will be limited, and by the time I leave, I feel amazing -- like I could audition for Cirque du Soleil. Not only does Pilates make me stronger and understand better how to maintain healthy alignment and movement no matter what I'm doing, it's super fun and feels great. Ashley is just so good at what she does.

Perk! Pilates Fitness offers an amazing barre class which is second to none in Fort Collins. Ashley Peth is the owner & sole instructor. Her background as a dancer & as a Pilates instructor have groomed her to provide an unbelievable workout within an hour. I was looking for a better workout- one that would provide great overall toning. As you may have noticed, barre classes are taking this country by storm. The reason they are so effective is because of the concentrated muscle movements that use every part of the body. I am so happy to have discovered a better way to tone & I have seen great results.
