I think the main thing to be aware of is that this is a HOT ONLY** studio, which may not be obvious from the site.
They basically offer 4 classes:
1. Hot
2. Hot Flow
3. An absolute beginner's class with a fixed sequence (the same every time!)
4. A fitness class that isn't yoga
(5. Yin)
So basically there's nothing here that I'm interested in doing on a regular basis, which I wish I had known before I signed up for a monthly membership (minimum two months because you have to cancel a month in advance).
I'm ok with doing a Hot class or a Hot flow once a week each, maybe. But I like to practice 5-6 days a week.
Since I don't like Hot flow, they suggested I try the "Pod Flow 1". I'm experienced and have been practicing for years. I don't mind practicing alongside beginners if I'm allowed to modify/level up as I like. However, when I found out this was a set sequence, I realized it would get old in oh, about 3 days. So I'm not sure what I'll do for the next few weeks until I can cancel the membership. I love Yin, but that's also the style of yoga I'm most likely to practice at home by myself, so I don't really need a studio for it.
Aside from this, the studio space is nice and clean and everyone is super friendly. The price is unbeatable. The teachers have a mixed range of experience from what I've seen so far. I think if you have a flexible schedule you could find some really good teachers here.
(**And just in case you feel the need to lecture about how one adjusts to the heat, rest assured that I've attended hundreds of hot classes over the years. I simply don't think it's the best/only way to practice.)
