This place has changed my body and my life. I went from pain every day to being able to physically handle things I definitely couldn't do before. My husband has said how great my progress has been since working on building strength here. Do yourself a favor and make the investment in your body and your future! I was never a gym person and I had never done CrossFit (I'm 47) and now I go every week. This gym has something for everybody - no matter what your fitness level is. If you're looking for a gym to get stronger, receive best in class professional instruction and encouragement, and a community of supportive and fun people, Fort Collins Athlete Factory is hands down the best. The founder and owner, Justin, is top notch and he and his staff take care of us.

This was my first experience with cross-fit. The coaches are very knowledgeable and work one on one to make sure you're not overworking yourself or hurting yourself. I truly look forward to every workout. The members are like a second family always supporting each other. They have set the bar very high.
