No complaints. They even let me hold my account for a bit while going out of the country.

Signed up for a month for $8, was charged $35 keycard deposit. Went in at end of month to return keycard and get $35 deposit. Was then told they need 30 days to cancel membership so I bit the bullet and was charged another month to be able to cancel. Turned in keycard at end of month and was told I would not get my $35 key card deposit back since I went to month to month which was never my intention and was never told deposit was not going to be refunded because of this. So they got almost $80 out of me for what I thought would be a $8 trial month. Beware!

Great employee's, equipment and members. Very clean gym and an employee will answer your questions regarding the equipment. They are open 24/7 and have a trainer that can set up a program for you. This gym is for everyone, from beginner, log some cardio time or Olympic weights. Great prices, too.

Really great staff and service. It's a small gym but i really like the way it's set up, also great price. It's nice because it's not too crowded, even in the evening time.

This is my favorite gym. The place is so clean and well maintained. The staff is awesome and very prompt to help.

This place seemed like a fair deal when I started out, but beware they will randomly raise prices and charge "Club maintenance fees" which will double the price of your membership for a certain month. I canceled my membership and they still charged me this extra fee. Their excuse was saying that I signed a contract saying that the prices could go up at any time... Really not a good business strategy to tell your customer you can charge them whatever you want when you want to. As a small business owner I sure wish I could just randomly charge my customers extra money when I want to upgrade my business but that's a good way to not have those customers anymore...

I love this gym. It's simple and to the point. You pay for what you get which is unlike other gyms in fort collins. Clean, great equipment and kind staff that is willing to help you learn and use all the equipment.

I found this gym to be very quiet and clean. I enjoy the gym every time I am in and the staff is always friendly and helpful

The manager is amazing! She made me feel so comfortable there. I haven't signed up due to money issues. But I would LOVE to go there!

My name is danni and I have been coming to snap fitness for almost 5 months. I have to say they are the best gym I've ever been to. The customer service is awesome. They know you by name and they say hello to you every time I see you. They're clean, polite, and their equipment is outstanding. I would recommend this gym to anybody and I have recommended it to more than a dozen people. I love the snap fitness team. Thank you for making my gym experience the best. I will never go to another gym. The Fort Collins Jim is the only one that I will go to because I love the team

Very clean facility, friendly staff and easy access in and out. Plenty of equipment. And super plus for me... The air conditioner was running..cool & comfortable temperature. I have found other Snap Fitness's around the country to be same high level of service & quality.

I've made myself home here. Not as big as other gyms. Has all you need to get yourself fit. Helpful employees. Nice manager.
