BEST studio I've ever been to! Incredibly KNOWLEDGEABLE and FRIENDLY instructors who pay attention to you to make sure you get a great workout based on your own fitness level. I absolutely love this studio! The owner, Kim, and all the instructors are so nice and helpful. The classes provide the perfect amount of challenge and they just fly by. I would recommend this studio to anyone who wants to give pilates a try but has always been a bit intimidated by it.... more
Wonderful studio! Lindsey is an amazing teacher! She is motivating and sweet and extremely educated in her practice.. Lindsey's strong knowledge of body mechanics and anatomy coupled with thorough Pilates expertise has removed my chronic low back pain and returned me to playing hockey 3 times a week.... more

Lara does a fantastic job! I was brand new to pilates when I started and she guided me the whole way. She is friendly, fun to be around and a REALLY challenging teacher! The Torch classes are great too to get your heart rate pumping and shed the pounds.... more

Firehaus is awesome!! I came in with chronic back pain after over 6 months of PT, and saw JoAnna for 8 one-on-one sessions that changed my quality of life by so much!! I now go to regular classes, and all of the instructors are great - especially JoAnna, Emily, and Taylor! I feel like I have a whole new body/back/posture.... more
