Lara does a fantastic job! I was brand new to pilates when I started (and severely out of shape) and she guided me the whole way. She is friendly, fun to be around and a REALLY challenging teacher! The Torch classes are great too to get your heart rate pumping and shed the pounds. I recommend Lara to all of my friends and coworkers.
