Lara does a fantastic job! I was brand new to pilates when I started and she guided me the whole way. She is friendly, fun to be around and a REALLY challenging teacher! The Torch classes are great too to get your heart rate pumping and shed the pounds.... more

BEST studio I've ever been to! Incredibly KNOWLEDGEABLE and FRIENDLY instructors who pay attention to you to make sure you get a great workout based on your own fitness level.
