This 9 round location is great. Anne Lee is a great instructor/ owner. The entire staff is very friendly and made me feel welcome and comfortable. The workouts are always challenging and fun! This is the top Crossfit gym that I've been to. Both Justin and Jason have been absolutely awesome coaches and have helped me learn a couple of the basics. They also take the time to make sure that you can work through the movements correct and this has really helped my fiance and I progress in our skills.... more
