This 24HR Gym is my favorite Gym to go every day
and the staff are friendly and helpful.
Always clean and I recommend this place to everyone.
I really like this gym because of the natural light. But, this location needs some TLC. The equipment needs to be maintained and not out-of-service for weeks on end. The plumbing in the women's locker room is constantly backed up and there are pools of water in the showers. The televisions in the women's locker room do not work at all and I like to watch the news while I get dressed in the morning. Paper towels need to be stocked through out the gym to sanitize the machines after each use and in the locker room. I get my workout in hunting down paper towels.
One last thing, I had my car broken into in once and also another person in the parking lot side swiped my car parking. Beware! park in view of camera's.
Side note, my gym Lock also has been stolen twice and I had to replace three because the third was tampered with.
Hanging in there because, I am losing weight and feeling stronger. I guess the benefits of Exercise has made me more tolerant.
This gym use to be my favorite 24 hour fitness but unfortunately not anymore.Sense then it has decline. The equipment hasn't been taken care of being clean the sauna and the jacuzzi smells.Managment Drew doesn't give good customer service in my opinion. In my situation he didn't believe I was a member instead of verifying I was being questioned how many years I have been there..told him and respond" I never see you here" rudely.I would try to get help with my membership when he stepped away he blocked me for speaking to anyone else that would tried to help me.That was one of my experiences with Drew.I now go to another 24 hour fitness that I had no problems with customer service. The jacuzzi works Sauna doesn't smell and the equipment looks cleaner.
Two BIG problems, 1. They do not clean the place at all 2. The mechine are old and they break down all the time and takes forever for the to repair them. Every year they raise the Membership cost but they don't want to spend any money on the clubs!
Been going to this location for many years. Staff is nice, and good equipment options. Steam room consistently smells like mildew and you can tell its rarely cleaned thoroughly. The hot tub and pool can close regularly due to them renting it to kids, or chemical issues, and patrons can generally be gross. I have seen people spit on the floor, blow their nose into their hands while using a machine and not wipe it down, and I generally dont see a whole lot of cleaning by the staff, hence the 3 stars.
This a good full service 24hr gym. Large free weight area, pool, sauna, steam, hot tub and of course spinning room. It is very busy even at 6 on a weekday morning. Spacious locker room. An unusual amenity is that it is next to the Wings Over the Rockies flight museum. They use the same parking lot which is huge.

Lots of classes to choose from and weights are available..few gym rats but not too bad
How doesn't a gym these days have a pec dec machine? Garbage. Gm said there's nothing he can do, and even being here for 12 years knows this information already. Hmm. Ok. Pretty much a standard machine in literally every gym.
I was also blown off for my free personal training session. Cool.
This location of 24 hour fitness is the best. I have been using personal training services for the past 9 years, and my experience has been overwhelmingly positive. I currently train with Eric, whose expertise has helped the pain in my knee become almost nonexistent. Highly recommend!

When I am in town and East Denver, I find this club hard to beat. The variety, staff, personal training is top notch, at a very reasonable price.

Very nice gym. Weight lifting downstairs and cardio upstairs.
Its a gym. $40 a month with no contract. Some hot babes some hot miles some hot dudes some jacked dudes whatever your fancy. They got rid of the strongman stuff which sucks. Oh well, now you just throw down big weights on their bars and try to break em. Theres some water aerobic stuff and Zumba stuff again whatever tickles your fancy. You get what you put in. Just dont be a douche.
This most be the old post gym. It's got that vibe. The only thing I don't like about this gym, is it always busy. But there is a pool, sauna, and sweat room, so that makes it worth the membership.
Always over crowded. Been going here for years only out of necessity since there aren't any good gyms in the area. You have to wait to use any piece of equipment. The equipment is crammed together on the main floor and during peak hours it's dangerous moving around trying not to get clobbered by someone's movements since literally everything is occupied. Not nearly enough benches and free weights. 20-30 lb dumbbells are always being used so prepare to wait. If you get here between 3-7pm forget about getting anything done--no place to even stretch. Locker rooms are pretty gross--mold in the tiles and the floors have hair and dirt all over them.
The only pro is that there is a good selection of cables which not many gyms in Denver have.
I've been working with Eric for about four months now. Right off the bat he asked what my goals were, why I wanted to come in and work out, what I wanted to accomplish. I'm 75 years old and an avid golfer with a 10 handicap. I wanted to strengthen my core and flexibility along with improving Cardio, hoping these objectives would increase my consistency on the course as well as lowering the handicap just a bit. Under Eric's guidance I've not only been improving in all the desired areas, I've been having fun doing it. I couldn't be more pleased.
By the way, I train in the mornings and never have a problem finding available machines. The gym is large, clean and well maintained.

This gym can get pretty crowded, but it's still a good gym. The equipment gets a lot of use, but is still in good shape and they are diligent about keeping everything in good order. They have a great staff and their trainers are extremely knowledgeable. I've worked out with a few different ones over the years, but I'm currently working out with Ben Schnake. He really knows his stuff, and I've seen a lot improvement after working out with him.
I have been training with Blake and Ben. They are both excellent trainers and are very knowledgeable of the human body. I feel very confident when I am training with them. They also vary their workouts and mix things up which I like.
The gym itself is nice enough. I agree with some previous reviews that the cleaning supplies are not filled up.
I also feel like 24 hour fitness could do a few things to help out their members. One, they could let members know when their membership is getting close to expiring. Secondly, they should offer deals for members who continuously sign up for PT sessions.

I have been working with Eric M. For almost a year. Eric tailors the workouts to my stated goals and explains the focus of each exercise. He creates a monthly calendar for me so I do not get stuck doing the same routine every day. The exercises for home or vacation are designed so I can use the equipment I have at home or at my disposal when traveling. Eric challenges me without driving me to the depths of despair. I can definitely see and enjoy progress.
Lot's of variety in the weight room. Nice locker room. Great hot tub.
This gym is decent but dirty. There are visible pipes and conduit with huge dust clouds on them and a lot of the water fountains are in disrepair. I would find a different gym if I wasn't already in contract with them. Looking forward to finding a new clean, functioning gym in the future.
Hi 24,
I have been a member through Costco -2 year membership about 4-5 years and today the frond desk guys didn't let me in because my membership was expired.
I explained to buy next membership card for next few days but they ask me pay $20 to check in today.
I'm very upset and disappointed because they were unprofessional and waisted my time.
I've been loyal member so long and it doesn't worth for ONE day free pass?
It's a gym, nothing special. Can't tell the difference between a super sport, express or just a sport. Lifetime fitness.... now there is a five star establishment.
This club is always dirty, equipment is always broken (especially the cardio machines) and the drinking fountains do not work. Some of them have been broken for months with no note explaining when they will be fixed. Finally, if you want to wipe down the equipment, such as the cardio machines, plan to bring your own paper towels and disinfectant because the dispensers are ALWAYS empty. Meanwhile, the front-end staff, who are responsible for restocking these supplies, are usually BS'ing with each other up front. I will throw a bone to the overnight guy, Brian, who is friendly, ensures all requests are addressed and he restocked everything promptly.
