By far one of the greatest places I have ever stumbled upon. The coaches and staff at OTF Stetson Hills are phenomenal, personable and amazing people. I absolutely adore Connie and make sure I get to see her several times a week. She is entertaining, always happy and pushes you to do your very best. The classes are structured to give your body the most intense, yet satisfying workout. I would recommend this place to anyone!

I have been trying to get into better shape due to wanting to get hired on with a fire department and Orangetheory has helped me push myself every time I am there. The staff is very friendly and the coaches are amazing.

Thank you for trusting us with your 1st IT dilemma. You hired a Disabled Veteran owned business without even knowing and that is the best welcome home any of us who have Served can get. You are part of what I call home. You hired us with a simple opportunity to solve a network problem. Just that 1 opportunity is now a nearly 2 year relationship. We appreciate you and your team. :) Soon, I will show up to begin my transformation as an over the hill dude.

What's not to love about Orange theory. I first started as just a let me check this place out after trying multiple places out to try to stay in shape. From the first class it will leave you wanting to come back the next day. The coaches and staff are some of the best people who get to know you and want you to succeed. So glad I joined

Update 9/6/18 - They still rock! The best decision I ever made in regards to health and fitness was joining OTF! :)

Update 6/9/17 - I love everything about OTF and especially OTF Stetson Hills...It's never the same, it never gets easy, you are constantly pushed and the results are amazing

From earlier rating:
OTF is an amazing workout. An hour of focused, effective workouts by wonderfully energetic instructors. Along with the workout being amazing the OTF staff is great. The minute you walk in you feel comfortable.

Down just over 20 lbs and counting. I have more to go but with OTF I no longer worry whether I'll make it to my goal. I'll get there one OTF class at a time.

The trainers are great, the atmosphere is great. Highly recommend it if you need the class atmosphere. Tracking your data keeps it interesting for me.

OTF changed my life....It changed not only my body but my mindset. The trainers push you every class and truly care about you meeting your goals. This is not just a gym but a family. Just try their free class, I promise that you will be back....

I spent one week trial in which I went in for 5 sessions. I was pleased when I stepped on the scale and discovered that I already lost 1.5 lb in my first week, so I decided to join. The coaches do motivate everyone to keep going and I do need this motivation. I like that every session is a mix of cardio and strength training and I like that they have late classes that I can attend after work during the week and also early weekend sessions. I also like the feeling that I belong to a community, because the staff does
learn your name and make you feel welcome. I'm hopeful that i will be able to achieve my goals with their help.

Update- after being a member for about 6 month
I am downgrading my original review from 5 stars to 3. 02-12-2018
Reasons for the downgrade:

1- they started enforcing a policy that if you arrive over 5 minutes late that you won't be allowed in class and you will also be charged for it. Last Friday it was snowing and I arrived 5 minutes and 30 seconds late, the manager will not allowed me to sign in. I have the premier membership which I pay 159 month for, so I already pay for unlimited classes, but I was charged an extra 12 for a late cancellation for being 30 seconds over the 5 minutes although the manager said that I won't be charged.
2- if you cancel your membership you will be charged for 30 more days of whatever membership you have. It is in the fine print probably.
3- They are cancelling the 8:00 pm classes.
4- there is only one elliptical in the studio. If you have a knee problem and do not want to use the treadmill you have to reserve it ahead of time.

Every day, every week is different. The coaches are all so upbeat and encouraging, and they truly take a vested interest in us. I've been battling a hip issue and all of my coaches not only know about it, but they check in with me, and they help me to modify when exercises are bothering it. I've been doing OTF for 16 months now and STILL come out of classes completely wiped out (in the best way). I'm moving back to Virginia soon and will miss this team so much. Thank you for everything!!

This is my first time ever visiting an Orange Theory Fitness gym and my experience was great! The staff members were so kind and helpful. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and immediately taken care of. The coaches here are great and the workout was awesome. I am so excited to continue my journey here at OTF and reach my fitness goals.

I'd been intrigued by the idea of Orange Theory Fitness since living in DC, but avoided it because the idea of having my progress charted for all to see stressed me out in the hyper competitive environment of Washington.

Now that I'm in Colorado, I decided to give it a try. This Orange Theory Fitness location offers one free class, which I love - I think all gyms and studios should do this considering the investment. I went on a Saturday morning and was greeted by the owner and instructor - both very nice and helpful. The equipment was nice, new, and clean. And the best part (at least to me) is that phones are not allowed in the studio.

Since I work out on a regular basis, I decided not to join because 1) I develop my own HIIT workouts + have access to all the equipment in their studio (treadmill, rowing machine, bikes, weights) and 2) I would rather spend the money on barre, pole, or yoga classes. That being said, I think this would be good for someone who needs others to be motivated / give their all during a sweat session. I'll probably visit sporadically when I have guests in town.

Orange Theory has been a God send! Kelly, and the coaches are motivating, push you to feel better, but bolster your confidence through performance! I thought my fitness and self image would never recover after back, pelvis fractures; and the loss of a quarter of my left lung drew me into military retirement.

The coaches learn to know you, and honestly care about your individual needs. Each coach has helped me to tailor exercises and regimens that keep me going through the workout, without feeling left out of the group. Participants are motivating, nice, and bring a team/family atmosphere to a unique environment.

The first day I walked into Orangetheory I was significantly overweight, depressed and lacked self confidence. I was afraid that I wouldn't fit in or be able to complete the workout. What I found was a versatile workout that meets the needs of those starting their fitness journey to those who are already fit. I found that the members, staff, and coaches are caring and motivating. I never once felt out of place or looked down upon. I have lost over 35 pounds while gaining physical strength, and self confidence. My depression is gone and has been replaced with a positive outlook on life. My husband recently joined Orangetheory and we have an awesome time working out together. I still have a long road ahead before I meet my fitness goals, but I know I will enjoy the journey with my Orangetheory family.

This place offers interval training. Kinda like crossfit, but--as my friend says--"without the crazy." Took a free class. Liked how it was designed (3 stations; interval training on each). Fast paced but in a good way, where you don't stop to think about how much you dislike exercise. Instructors direct you in real time, telling you what's coming next and how long to stay at that intensity. Kelley was supportive re: my pre-existing injury, which made me feel comfortable and respected.

Orangetheory offers the best possible workout--better than anything else I have ever experienced! I love the instructors. They are so motivating and encouraging and make me workout much harder than I would on my own. Having live heart rate 'data' is very motivating. Orangetheory branding and customer service is world-class. You guys rock!

I've been working out here for a little over a year and love it! I had a hard time seeing any results trying to motivate myself at a gym, but the coaches and workouts at orange theory have completely changed all of that. I'm stronger, can finally run without wanting to die, and actually look forward to working out now. The coaches are great and tuned into your goals, and the staff members are awesome. It's not the cheapest workout option but when it drives you to great results it's totally worth it!
