MACS is a beautiful space and a wonderful community. Communidance on Wednesday evenings and Saturday and Sunday mornings are such wonderful opportunities to move my body through ecstatic dance. I especially love Sunday mornings with the improvisational live music to dance to!!! There are fabulous yoga and dance classes (belly dance, contact improv, etc.) at the MACS as well as amazing special events like shamanic journeying and monthly sacred chanting (kirtan). All and all, the MACS is a gem in the Pikes Peak region!!!
