I LOVE THIS BOOT CAMP! I have been going to boot camp for 4 months and cant get enough of it. I started out in really bad shape and have lost weight and inches. My energy level has soared and I am consistently in a better mood. Boot camp is fun, and changes every day. It is perfect for anyone who gets tired of the same old routine. Nate is a great trainer and puts an extra effort in to helping his clients with their goals. I recommend this program to anyone trying to get into shape and change their life for the better.

In the first 4 weeks I lost 14.5 lbs and almost 4'' from around my waist!! Best decision I've ever made! Nate is awesome and is there for you every step of the way!

I found Fit Body Bootcamp via Groupon. Although it took a while to get assigned to a starting date and class (due to overwhelming numbers of people who bought the Groupon deal and limited space), I have now been going for two weeks and love it. Nate teaches us a lot and the workouts are varied and challenging -- with different levels to choose from. I've already noticed a difference in my strength and mobility and have lost 1/2". I don't have much to lose -- just need to firm up and tighten and mainly strengthen. I would recommend Fit Body Bootcamp to anyone that needs some guidance and motivation in your pursuit of fitness. It's nothing fancy -- just simple, effective exercises that you can do anywhere. I know they have the science of the repetitions and periods of exercise and rest figured out too, which is so good to know that we're getting a maximum workout without injury. The issue about the address being a vacant lot: Not true. Mapquest just takes you to the wrong place if you try to map it out. Currently, the classes are held in a dance studio near Wild Birds Unlimited at Templeton Gap Road and Union, but I think that might change in the future.

I found this Bootcamp from a Groupon deal, and am very happy I did! I really enjoy the social aspect of working out in a group setting- helps keep me motivated/inspired and I feel like I have my own personal trainer supporting me along the way. What I LOVE about Fit Body Bootcamp is the varied skill/ intensity level for each workout (usually 1-4 levels). Having such variety made me feel comfortable and in control of my fitness. It also gave me the chance to step things up and push myself. It feels awesome to know where I started out and see how much I've improved.

I can't get a return call to use their services or to sign up....that is only done via a website. I would love for this to work for me, but is this real? The address that is here is a vacant lot.
